Dr. Cody Kriegel received his dental degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics in 2015. While at the University of Iowa, Dr. Kriegel participated in programs treating veterans at the VA Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, as well as mission work treating orphaned children in Cambodia. He continues to participate in dental missions, serving and providing dental healthcare to less fortunate communities.
Dr. Kriegel has been practicing dentistry in the communities of Cedar Rapids and Iowa City since graduating from the University of Iowa. Dr. Kriegel has attained membership and fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Iowa Dental Association (IDA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, and the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry (ABD).
Prior to completing his dental education, Dr. Kriegel received a bachelor’s degree from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he majored in biology and played football for the Kohawks. He was born and raised in eastern Iowa and is excited to give back to the community that he loves. Dr. Kriegel and his wife, Allison have a daughter, Vivienne. They also have two dogs, Dash and Stella, and enjoy spending time outdoors, being with family, and CrossFit.
