Dr. Yolanda Wright-Lowry, DMD was born in Peoria, Illinois, and is a graduate of Limestone Community High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Indiana State University. She went on to the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, where she received a Dean’s scholarship for her academic success and graduated with a doctorate in dental medicine.
Dr. Wright-Lowry completed her dental residency program at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, where she provided service for the underserved population, medically compromised patients, children and physically and mentally disabled patients.
Dr. Wright-Lowry is an active member of her local Peoria District Dental Society (PDDS), where she is an Illinois State Dental Society Delegate alternate and sits on the Give Kids a Smile (GKAS) committee. She is also a long-time member of the American Dental Associate (ADA). She has engaged in several continuing education seminars covering the topics of implant placement, cosmetic dentistry, and holistic dentistry.
Dr. Wright-Lowry and her husband, Ryan, have four children and reside in Peoria and are committed to serving the Peoria community through various local organizations. Dr. Wright-Lowry enjoys exercising, outdoor activities, travel and spending time with her family and friends.
