In 2005, he stopped accepting insurance to ensure clinical results weren’t compromised. He has delivered over 100 seminars to 10,000+ healthcare professionals and continues to advance natural solutions for chronic disease.
Dr. Dominik Nischwitz, DDS

“The Future of Our Profession “
Chronic disease is the defining epidemic of our century, and dentistry holds a missing piece of the solution. The future of our profession lies in creating a Biodentistry Global Standard (BGS)—a unifying framework that integrates biological dentistry with functional medicine and health optimization. Beyond removing chronic oral stressors such as root canals, metals, and jawbone cavitations, true Biological Dentistry prepares patients for transformation long before they enter the chair. Through Food Design and Bone Healing Protocols, patients are guided into an optimal anabolic state for regeneration, while advanced recovery strategies—such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, intravenous nutrition, and lifestyle medicine—support systemic healing. At its core, this lecture invites reflection: true transformation in dentistry begins not only with our patients, but with ourselves. As clinicians, our capacity to guide others toward health depends on our own alignment—nourishing our biology, living what we teach, and embodying the standard we promise to others.

Biography:
Dr. Dominik Nischwitz (aka Dr. Dome) Biological Dentist • Founder of Biodentistry 3.0 • Author of It’s All In Your Mouth • Global Health Educator Dr. Dominik Nischwitz, known as Dr. Dome, is a world leader in biological dentistry, ceramic implantology, and functional health integration. He is the founder of Biodentistry 3.0 and the creator of the Biodentistry Global Standard (BGS), a clinical and educational system designed to address the root causes of inflammation, fatigue, brain fog, and systemic dysfunction. Starting in the mouth. Dr. Dome believes most chronic health issues are driven by overlooked oral health conditions, including hidden infections, toxic metals, and outdated procedures like root canals. His approach merges cutting-edge biological dentistry and functional medicine into a high-performance health model that supports every pillar of well-being, empowers patients to take ownership of their health, and goes far beyond just treating symptoms. He has placed over 5,000 ceramic implants to date and, in 2015, co-founded the DNA Health & Aesthetics Center for Biological Dentistry in Tübingen, Germany. He currently trains practitioners worldwide through his Institute of Biological Dentistry and serves as Vice President of the International Society for Metal Free Implantology (ISMI). He is the author of It’s All In Your Mouth, a bestselling book that has become a global reference for patients and practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of oral-systemic health. Through global speaking engagements, online education, and his BGS certification, Dr. Dome is scaling a future where dentists serve as whole-body health architects, so patients know where to go to for their health journey and get a real biological dentist that works on the recognized standard.
Dr. Thomas Levy, MD, JD

“Toxins Cause All Disease: Dental Toxins Dominate”
All disease IS increased biomolecule oxidation, and toxins are the only cause of this pathological degree of oxidation. As such, optimal clinical care for any medical condition involves identifying all significant ongoing toxin exposures and the remediation of those exposures. Furthermore, optimal care needs to repair all old oxidative damage, which is readily reversed with sufficient nutrient/antioxidant intake, spearheaded by a strong emphasis on vitamin C and magnesium intake.
The primary three toxin exposures that always need to be addressed are dental toxins, heavy metal accumulations, and persistent spike protein presence in the body. With only rare exceptions, chronic disease simply no longer exists when all these issues have been effectively addressed.
The course will address identifying and resolving the most important dental toxin sources, along with a less comprehensive discussion on dealing with the other two main toxin sources.
Read Bio
Biography:
Dr. Levy is a board-certified cardiologist and a bar-certified attorney. After practicing adult cardiology for 15 years, he began to research the enormous toxicity associated with much dental work, as well as the pronounced ability of properly administered vitamin C to neutralize this toxicity. He has now written 14 books, with several addressing the wide-ranging properties of vitamin C in neutralizing all toxins and resolving most infections, as well as its vital role in the effective treatment of heart disease and cancer. Others address the important roles of dental toxicity and nutrition in disease and health. His 14th book, The Only Cause of Disease, has just been released. It offers the best ways to deal with toxin exposures, including persistent spike protein syndrome in chronic COVID and post-COVID vaccination individuals
Inducted into the Orthomolecular Medicine Hall of Fame in 2016, Dr. Levy continues to research the impact of the orthomolecular application of vitamin C and antioxidants in general on chronic degenerative diseases, including heart disease. His ongoing research involves documenting that all diseases are different forms and degrees of focal scurvy, arising from increased oxidative stress, especially intracellularly, and that they all benefit from bio-oxidative therapy protocols that optimize the antioxidant levels in the body while eliminating pathogens.
