David Biles, DDS
Dr. David Biles practices biological biomimetic bioesthetic dentistry in Santa Cruz, CA. A dentist for nearly 30 years, Dr. Biles earned his master’s degree in exercise physiology from UC Davis 6 months before receiving his DDS from the UCLA School of Dentistry while working nights and weekends at Northridge Hospital as a cardiopulmonary technologist in the ICU, CCU, ER, and NICU during the late 70s. He taught exercise physiology to pre-med, pre-dental, and upper division university students in a NASA and Air Force Academy supported human performance laboratory at UC Davis prior to his stint in medicine. His experiences in medicine, dentistry, and human research have given him a perspective on dentistry that few have.
