In 2018, she established herself in Dubai, and started to develope biodentistry in the pratice where she worked. She has the distinction of being the only AIAOMT-certified biodentist in the UAE at this time (2025).

As a SMART-certified practitioner, Dr. Carla Schweer follows the Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique, combining strict safety protocols with advanced tools such as ozone therapy and ceramic (zirconia) implants.
