Samantha Burnell is a Certified Biological Dental Hygienist with over 23 years of hands-on clinical experience in both conventional and biological dental settings. She is a recognized speaker, consultant, and advocate who is passionate about elevating the standard of care while supporting and protecting the professionals who deliver it. Samantha serves as Hygiene Committee Chair, Director of Operations, and Board Member for the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine (IABDM), where she helps guide educational initiatives and professional standards. As the owner of Last Green Valley Dental Consulting and Mentoring, she works with practices of all philosophies—conventional, integrative, and biological—to improve systems, strengthen teams, and implement practical protocols that enhance patient care and long-term sustainability.
Frances K. Horning, BRDH, is the Associate Director of the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine; she serves on their Board, is on the Hygiene Committee and a Certified and Accredited Biological Dental Hygienist. Additionally, she is a Hygiene Committee member, mentor, and lecturer for the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. She was formerly the Qualitative Director and department head in charge of quality control and training and implementation of biological protocols in the most prominent biological practice in her state. Additionally, she is a coach and trainer of biological dentistry and biological dental hygiene and the owner of Integrative Perio Solutions LLC and Hygiene Naturally.
