Doris A. Ferres, DMD
A native of the Dominican Republic, Dr. Ferres graduated from the East Central University School of Dentistry and immediately became a Professor. She taught Clinical Dentistry for two years before moving to the United States. She was a professor at Indian River State College, where she taught Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting for 10 years. She also graduated from the University of Florida School of Dentistry, receiving her American Accreditation in 2000.
Dr. Ferres has lived in Vero Beach since December 1990. She lives with her husband Retired Air Force Colonel Carlos Halcomb. She enjoys activities such as ballroom dancing, golfing, cooking, and the outdoors, as well as keeping in shape.
