I am a Traditional Naturopath and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner dedicated to supporting whole-person healing through nervous system regulation, foundational wellness, and root-cause care.
My passion for biological dentistry has grown through both professional education and personal experience, deepening my appreciation for the profound relationship between oral health and systemic health. I believe patients experience their greatest healing when biological dentists and allied practitioners work collaboratively.
My practice complements biological dental care by helping patients regulate the nervous system, process unresolved stress and emotional experiences, and strengthen the body’s natural capacity to heal before, during, and after treatment. Through brainspotting, naturopathic support, and individualized wellness strategies, I seek to prepare the person—not just the procedure—and support lasting restoration throughout the healing journey.
I proudly serve individuals throughout Idaho’s Treasure Valley through in-person appointments and collaborate virtually with clients and practitioners across the United States and internationally making whole-person support accessible wherever it is needed.
My hope is to serve as a trusted collaborative partner, helping patients and practitioners alike navigate the journey toward lasting healing through an integrated, whole-person approach.
