Course Description:
Nourishing Traditional Diets: The Key to Vibrant Health explores the principles of ancestral nutrition and the connection between diet, oral health, and overall wellness. Presented by Sally Fallon Morell of the Weston A. Price Foundation, this course examines the dietary patterns of traditional cultures studied by Dr. Weston A. Price and the nutritional factors that contributed to strong dental structure, vibrant health, and disease resistance.
Participants will learn the importance of nutrient-dense foods, including healthy animal fats, organ meats, fermented foods, bone broths, and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and K2. The course also discusses the impact of modern processed foods on facial development, oral health, digestion, and chronic disease, while providing practical guidance on incorporating traditional dietary principles into daily life.
